The Project Manager will work closely with the Account Management team and have experience overseeing multiple integrated (print, broadcast, digital) advertising campaigns. This will suit someone comfortable leading large, multi-disciplinary teams through the project lifecycle, as well as providing some coaching and mentoring to more junior project managers.



An advocate of process and methodology, the Project Manager is both comfortable and credible in front of clients, respected by project teams, able to stand their ground and defend their perspective all the while being fair and collaborative. The project manager is responsible for, and leads, the development and translation of client’s business requirements into formal agreements (SOW) establishing specific solutions, applications or processes culminating in customer acceptance of the results.



The project manager is the delivery services individual responsible for creating and maintaining project information, establishing project communication processes and tools, employing change management procedures, managing vendor relationships , performing project financials, leading project team meetings, reporting on project status, generating health reports, managing and enforcing milestones, escalating issues, and assisting in timely issue resolution with internal and external teams.   The project manager assumes overall responsibility for cost, schedule, financial, and contractual deliverables. 


  • Create, communicate and maintain project plans. Manage vendor, partner and third party relationships on a project level.
  • Understand product releases and adhere (or implement) processes and procedures to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
  • Create and communicate call reports.
  • Create and communicate meeting recaps and follow-ups. Work with resource manager to ensure proper resources are assigned for the delivery of milestones.
  • Create scope of work (SOWs).
  • Track and report on project level budgets.
  • Open, revise and close job dockets
  • Report on project health and status.
  • Participate in project governance and project audits.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to all members of the project team. A strong motivator of resources. 


  • Proactive, excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to be immersed in complex topics to help team members with decision-making


  • 5 - 7 years Project Management experience, ideally in a creative agency environment  
  • Experience managing all phases of Print, Broadcast, Digital campaigns and technical website builds
  • Automotive and/or pharma marketing experience preferred. PMP Certification an asset  
  • Proficient software knowledge and skills including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Vision.
  • Ability to maintain and foster good Client/Agency relationships.
  • Promote internal team communication and enhanced relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising industry trends and changes.
  • Experience with managing multiple work streams.
