    Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the BMW Digital Marketing team with the day-to-day maintenance of bmw.ca.


    The Digital Marketing Coordinator will rely on their strong self-starter attitude, attention to detail, quality assurance, organizational skills and digital acumen to ensure duties and responsibilities are executed efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates in the early stages of their career who wish to learn and develop in digital asset management and marketing communications. This role is on site at the BMW offices in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Note: as there will be collaboration with BMW’s head office in Munich, due to the time difference, ‘after-hours’ availability may be required.


    • Manages website content according to needs within BMW’s Content Management System
    • Performs basic image manipulations (text change, cropping, resize, save for web)
    • Manages relationships with numerous agency partners
    • Manages content updates with attention to detail and timeline set
    • Performs regular checks in regards of site maintenance quality 
    • Communicates with internal team regarding project status and identifies areas for efficiencies


    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong editorial eye and attention to detail
    • Must be Bi-lingual (English and French)
    • Exceptional decision-making ability
    • Strong organizational skills to collate material from multiple sources and produce web content within tight deadlines
    • Analytical thinker, able to come up with solutions, creative problem solving attitude
    • Knowledgeable about the digital space
    • Able to multitask on several projects simultaneously

    Education and/or Experience


    • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity required
    • Passion for (and experience in) the digital/technology/innovation space
    • Knowledge of Social Media channels in business is helpful
    • Web content production or SEO experience is preferred
    • Basic knowledge of AEM, HTML and CSS is preferred
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred
    • Automotive experience is preferred
